Sweep Reconcile is designed to run locally on your Windows PC. The desktop app stores its working data on your machine. The website only collects the data required to process purchases, deliver licenses, and support orders.
Desktop application data
Sweep Reconcile is a local-first desktop product. Payment records, imported bank activity, carrier assignments, and reconciliation data are stored on your machine, not in our cloud.
Purchase and fulfillment data
When you buy Sweep Reconcile, we collect the information needed to process payment, generate your license, deliver the installer, and support your order. That typically includes:
- agency name
- purchaser email address
- Stripe checkout and payment identifiers
- license issuance and delivery status
Third-party services
We use Stripe for payment processing and Resend for transactional email delivery. Those services receive only the information needed to complete the purchase and deliver your order.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not use your desktop reconciliation data for advertising. We do not require a cloud account to use the software after purchase.
