Sweep Reconcile is sold as a one-time desktop software purchase for the purchasing agency. These terms describe the basic sale, license, support, and refund expectations for launch.

Purchase and license

Sweep Reconcile is sold as a one-time purchase for use by the purchasing agency. The license is issued to the agency name provided at checkout and is intended for that agency's use.

Software delivery

After purchase, the installer and license are delivered by email. The software is designed to run locally on a Windows PC and uses an offline license for activation.

Refund policy

If Sweep Reconcile does not work with your bank CSV format and we cannot resolve the issue, contact support@sweepreconcile.com and we will refund your purchase.

Support

Support is provided by email at support@sweepreconcile.com. Early launch support is handled directly and pragmatically based on the buyer's actual setup issue.

Usage boundaries

Sweep Reconcile is a specialized reconciliation tool for insurance agency sweep-account workflows. It is not sold as a general accounting platform, banking service, or cloud-hosted financial system.
